TRAINING & SEMINARS
Seydlitz United Consultants offer the powder technology training you need!
In many of the process industries more than 70% of the products are sold in the form of powders, pass through a powder stage in their manufacture, or use powders as their raw material. Many examples are found in the food, biochemical, chemical, pharmaceutical and metal industries. The importance of powder technology knowledge and science to these industries cannot be over-emphasised. Yet few undergraduate science or engineering courses contain even a passing reference to the subject area. A basic understanding of the technology of powders can minimise processing problems and help industrial scientists and engineers to improve existing operations.
Seydlitz United Consultants offer a number of short in-service training courses in numerous aspects of particle technology. These courses bring together some of the most knowledgeable and experienced people operating in the field today. Drawn from selected areas of education and industry it provides an excellent selection of theoretical, practical and solution orientated talks in a relaxed environment allowing sufficient time for participants to interact and discuss practical problems they are encountering.
The courses are suitable for those already working with powders or just entering this field but with a good understanding of chemical engineering processes. It covers all aspects of working with powders and is suitable for people working in industries such as pharmaceutical, chemical, food processing, mineral processing, detergent and related industries. The lecturers are all active expert practitioners in various fields of powder technology and have many years experience in industry, consulting and the academic world.
